Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) Construction Contractors and Consultants and the Factors Affecting their Development within the Social Housing Sector in Wales
In 2004, Employment Practice Solutions was commissioned by Cadwyn Housing Association, Cardiff Community Housing Association, Taff Housing Association and CITB-ConstructionSkills, to undertake a review of factors affecting the development of black and minority ethic (BME) construction contractors and consultants within the social housing sector in Wales.
The main objective of the research was to identify any practices being undertaken by social landlords and main contractors in Wales which may impact on equality of opportunity within the social housing sector.
