ConstructionSkills is researching the impact of major projects - happening at the same time, including, the construction of the 2012 Olympics' infrastructure and the Thames Gateway regeneration - on all aspects of demography and where demand for labour will occur. This research will look at the skills and ethnic profile of these areas.
